SHIPPING POLICY
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses world-wide. Any shipments outside of Canada may require addition shipping options and fees subject to special rules and regulations related to unique locations.
3. DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments, however we will make every effort to ship your entire order together
4. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, estimated shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges on the checkout page or we will contact you to arrange special shipping arrangements after we receive your order.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the packaging/product on delivery, contact us immediately at arts@huehold.ca. Please provide a detailed description of the damage and a photo(s) of the damage. Huehold Arts is not responsible for any damage, however, we will help to address the issue.

RETURN POLICY
1. RETURNS: ALL PRODUCTS & DVD’S
In order to return products, you must contact Huehold Arts at shop@huehold.ca within 48 hours of receiving the product. Huehold Arts will not accept returns without prior written approval. Exchanges or Store Credits will be provided, minus the original cost of shipping. No refunds. Sale items are a final sale.
Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Huehold Arts at the customer’s expense. Credits and Exchanges will not be issued until the original merchandise is received by Huehold Arts. Credits and Exchanges will only be issued if the received merchandise is in non-worn condition with the original tags still attached. Huehold Arts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, of the application of the Credit to your account or shipment of the Exchanged product.

2. RETURNS: PAINTINGS
No refunds on paintings. Painting are all final sale. Huehold Arts is not responsible for paintings lost or damaged during transport.

No refunds on digital downloads. Downloads are all final sale.
